Getting your laser repaired doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful. In addition to having the industry’s most experienced in-house cosmetic laser repair team, Oscilla Lasers has access to a vast network of independent laser repair service technicians across the country. Many practitioners have made Oscilla Lasers their go-to service provider for both repairs and preventative maintenance. Our highly trained technicians (many of whom were trained by the manufacturer) use the latest technology to diagnose, maintain and repair your system.

Oscilla offers free repair estimates and free 15-minute “Biomed Rescue” phone support during business hours – even if you didn’t buy the device from us. We may not always be able to help, but we’ll try. Our service team offers honest, reliable, and affordable on-site or depot repairs to manufacturer standards. If your system is out of warranty and you are facing exorbitant “recertification fees” from the manufacturer, simply send us the equipment — we will diagnose the problem and provide an estimate. You can then choose to repair it, or have it returned to your practice.

Our goal is to provide quality maintenance and repair for medical laser and IPL equipment at a significantly lower cost in comparison to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Inbound packaging for hand pieces not included; Oscilla is not responsible for inbound shipping damage (includes overnight shipping of drain kit; inbound/outbound overnight shipping within the USA).

If repairs are needed beyond the evaluation or the refurbishment, our hourly labor rate is $225.00 in addition to any charges for parts.

After evaluation, we will submit a quote detailing the estimated costs for parts and labor. All replacement parts are used unless expressly noted in writing in the quote. After confirmation of pricing, Oscilla will not proceed without your written approval.

Payment must be received before any parts are ordered/shipped or any service evaluation is performed. The parties further agree that if equipment is left at Oscilla for 30 days beyond completion or resolution of the service, Oscilla shall send the Buyer a written notice to the last known address indicating the need for the Buyer to communicate his/her desire to receive the equipment.

If the Buyer does not contact Oscilla in writing within 30 days expressing his/her desire to receive said equipment, the equipment shall be considered abandoned and shall become property of Oscilla. If the Buyer does not respond to the written notice of abandonment, Oscilla in its sole discretion, may ship the equipment back to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense, using the method of payment authorized by Buyer below.

Insurance: Oscilla strongly recommends insuring your equipment in order to expedite repairs in the event of any shipping damage. Buyer Declared Insurance Value: $ ________________ (required for return shipping of repaired item). Any extraordinary insurance charges related to any equipment are the responsibility of the Buyer.
